PART A – HERCIRCLE GENERAL TERMS

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Membership benefits are available only to individuals with an active Hercircle membership.

1.2 Members may be required to provide proof of active membership when accessing member benefits, events, partner offers or giveaways.

1.3 Acceptable proof may include account login verification, confirmation email, digital membership display, or another method approved by HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD.

1.4 Failure to verify membership may result in benefits not being provided.

2. EVENTS & COMMUNITY EXPERIENCES

2.1 Hercircle may host social events, networking events, wellness experiences, community meetups, fitness sessions and partner activations.

2.2 Members may receive additional benefits including complimentary products, food, drinks, gifts or exclusive access, subject to availability and event-specific conditions.

2.3 To receive member benefits, proof of active membership may be required upon arrival.

2.4 Non-members may attend selected events at Hercircle’s discretion but may not receive member-only benefits unless expressly stated.

2.5 Benefits may be limited per person and subject to venue capacity.

2.6 HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate, unsafe, aggressive, unlawful or disruptive behaviour.

2.7 Alcohol service is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and venue policies.

3. DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Attendees are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

3.2 Where damage occurs to venue property or third-party assets, the responsible attendee may be required to pay for repair or replacement costs.

3.3 Attendees indemnify HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD against losses resulting from negligent, reckless or unlawful conduct.

3.4 HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

4. PARTNER OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

4.1 Partner offers and discounts must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided by the relevant partner.

4.2 Partners may change, suspend or withdraw offers at any time without notice.

4.3 HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD is not responsible for partner refusal, stock limitations, booking availability or operational issues.

5. GIVEAWAYS & PROMOTIONS

5.1 Hercircle may conduct promotional giveaways, competitions or trade promotions from time to time.

5.2 Entry requirements, eligibility and prize details will be outlined in the applicable Promotion Schedule.

5.3 All promotions are subject to Australian laws and regulations.

5.4 Entries may be invalidated if payment is reversed, refunded or found to be fraudulent.

6. FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

6.1 Events may be filmed or photographed for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.

6.2 If you do not wish to appear in content, please notify event staff and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request where possible.

6.3 Removal may not always be possible for livestreams, crowd footage or public event content.

7. TRANSPARENCY IN WINNER SELECTION

7.1 Hercircle uses digital random draw systems for applicable promotions and giveaways.

7.2 Where required by law, draws may be conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer.

7.3 Technical interruptions to livestreams or social broadcasts do not invalidate a properly conducted draw.

8. COMMUNICATIONS

8.1 Members and entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.

8.2 Hercircle may contact members regarding membership benefits, events, promotions and important account information.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

9.1 HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Updated Terms will be published on the Hercircle website.

10. CONSUMER LAW

10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable Australian consumer laws.

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

PROMOTION SCHEDULE

Specific conditions governing trade promotions run by Hercircle

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

Commences and closes on the dates outlined on the website.

2. PRIZES

Prize details, inclusions and total prize pool value will be outlined in the applicable promotion announcement.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Employees of HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Proof of identity, age and residency may be required.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Eligible entrants receive entries by completing the qualifying actions outlined during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Entry allocation and eligibility requirements will be displayed at the time of entry.

4.3 Entries are valid only upon successful completion of all required conditions.

5. DRAW

Draws may be conducted electronically using a digital random draw system.

Reserve winners may be drawn where permitted by law.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

6.1 Winners may be notified via phone, email, direct message and/or public announcement.

6.2 Winner details may be published as required by law.

7. REDRAW

If required, any redraw details will be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and published where necessary.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

8.1 Prizes are not transferable unless otherwise stated.

8.2 HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary.

8.3 Additional prize-specific conditions may apply depending on the nature of the promotion.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Meta.

11. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, HER COLLECTIVE GROUP PTY LTD is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in promotions, events or acceptance of prizes.
