How do the member prize draws work?
As part of your Her Circle membership, active members automatically receive complimentary entries into every eligible weekly and monthly prize draw.
If you’d prefer not to join on an ongoing basis, you can purchase a One-Time Access Pass, which provides temporary access to selected member benefits and includes complimentary entries into eligible prize draws during your access period.
Our featured prize draws are announced live every Thursday at 6:00pm (AEST) on Instagram and Facebook.

Where can I view my membership rewards?
Simply log into your Member Portal to view your account, track your included prize draw entries, access exclusive discounts, complete daily member activities and manage your membership.
How do I access the member discounts?
All exclusive partner discounts are available inside your Member Portal.
Simply log in to browse offers from our partner brands and start saving.
When are the winners announced?
Our giveaways are drawn every Thursday at 6:00pm (AEST) during our live draw on Instagram and Facebook.
If you win, we’ll also contact you directly using the details linked to your account.
Can I cancel my membership Anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time.
Simply log into your Member Portal and head to your account settings, where you’ll find the option to manage or cancel your membership.
There are no lock-in contracts.
How will I know if I've won?
We’ll announce every winner live on our Instagram and Facebook each Thursday, and our team will also contact winners directly using the email address and phone number linked to their account.
