3. Entry Requirements
Entry is open to Australian residents who:
- are aged 18 years or over;
- reside within the eligible Territories;
- have a registered HerCircle Club account (including Free Members and Paid Members); and
- comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Method
Eligible entrants will automatically receive entries into the Competition through qualifying actions promoted by HerCircle Club during the Promotion Period, including but not limited to:
- Membership registrations;
- Membership upgrades;
- Eligible purchases;
- Promotional campaigns;
- Bonus entry promotions; or
- Other qualifying actions advertised by the Promoter.
The number of entries awarded for each qualifying action will be displayed on the HerCircle Club website or associated promotional material.
5. Maximum Entries
Unlimited entries are permitted.
6. Number of Winners
One (1) winner.
7. Eligible Territories
Australia-wide excluding:
- South Australia
- Australian Capital Territory
- Northern Territory
8. Promotion Period
The Competition opens immediately upon publication of these Terms and Conditions and closes at 5:59pm AEST on 16 July 2026.
Entries received after the Promotion Period has ended will not be accepted.
9. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Dyson Airwrap™ Multi-Styler
Approximate Recommended Retail Value (RRP):
AUD $899
Prize values are correct at the time these Terms are published.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
Should the advertised prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product or cash payment of equal or greater value.
10. Draw Details
The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will occur:
Date: 30 July 2026
Time: 6:00pm AEST
Location: Promoter’s office, 11 Wilson Street, South Yarra VIC.
The draw will be streamed live via the HerCircle Club Instagram account.
11. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted within 24 hours via:
- telephone;
- email; and
- Instagram Direct Message (where applicable).
The winner may also be announced on the HerCircle Club website and official social media platforms.
12. Winner Verification
Before a prize is awarded, the Promoter may require the winner to provide satisfactory proof of identity, age and residency.
Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
13. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped free of charge anywhere within Australia within ten (10) business days after winner verification.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by freight providers or incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.
14. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed three (3) months after the original draw date despite reasonable attempts to contact the winner, the prize will be forfeited.
A redraw will then be conducted by the Promoter at the same location using the same random electronic draw process.
The redraw winner will be contacted within 24 hours.
PART B – GENERAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Competition Schedule in Part A, constitute the entire agreement governing this Competition.
Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, provides false or misleading information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Incomplete, illegible or duplicate entries created through fraudulent means may be declared invalid.
The Promoter may refuse to award a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Competition has been manipulated or the entrant has acted dishonestly.
Prizes are awarded only to the person named on the winning entry.
If the winner is found to be ineligible after the draw, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
The Prize is provided on an “as is” basis and the Promoter makes no warranties regarding the Prize beyond any guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the retail value of the Prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any taxation consequences arising from winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice regarding any taxation obligations.
Entrants agree that any personal information collected during the Competition may be used by the Promoter for administering the Competition, contacting winners and providing marketing communications in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
By entering this Competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography, video and social media announcements relating to the Competition without additional compensation.
The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release these platforms from any liability relating to this Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Competition from being conducted fairly or as planned, including technical failures, fraud, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or claim arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance or use of the Prize.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for another prize, except where determined by the Promoter.
Should either prize option become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize with another prize or cash payment of equal or greater value.

Where the winner selects the cash alternative, payment of AUD $5,000 will be made via electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within ten (10) business days of verification.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by freight providers, financial institutions or incorrect details supplied by the winner.
